Description

Monitor and maintain quality assurance processes throughout manufacturing operations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Analyse production data to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive corrective actions.
Develop and update quality documentation, including procedures and work instructions.
Support product testing and validation to ensure adherence to client specifications.
Assist in supplier quality management, including assessments and performance reviews.
Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures.

Profile

A successful Quality Engineer should have:

A background in engineering or a related discipline, ideally within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of quality management systems and industry standards.
Proficiency in quality tools such as root cause analysis and process improvement methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
