Client Details

A compliance-driven housing provider committed to 100% regulatory adherence and continuous improvement across safety and asset management.

Description

- Oversee landlord H&S compliance (gas, electric)
- Manage compliance programmes and inspections
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
- Support policy and compliance improvements
- Monitor contractor delivery and performance
- Provide reporting and assurance to management

Profile

Experience in compliance or asset surveying (housing preferred)
Strong knowledge of H&S legislation
Understanding of M&E compliance (not necessarily deeply technical)
Strong organisation and project coordination skills
Ability to interpret and apply regulations
