Description

Oversee and manage the performance of the company's online retail platforms.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and online sales.
Monitor and analyse online performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding across all online channels.
Coordinate promotional campaigns and product launches on the e-commerce platform.
Maintain up-to-date product listings and optimise content for search engines.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing online inquiries and resolving issues.
Stay updated on industry trends to inform online marketing and sales strategies.

Profile

A successful Online Channels Supervisor should have:

Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms or online retail channels.
Experienced in Sage200
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data and making informed decisions.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and online content management.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
A proactive approach to identifying and solving online retail challenges.

Job Offer

Competitive salary £29,210 based on Full time
Part time role 3.5 to 4 days per week
