Description

Assist in managing residential and commercial property transactions, including drafting and reviewing legal documents.
Conduct property searches and ensure accurate reporting of findings.
Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in conveyancing processes.
Provide administrative support to solicitors, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Address client queries and provide updates on case progress.
Support the team in managing deadlines and prioritising tasks effectively.

Profile

A successful Conveyancing Paralegal should have:
