Description

Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Oversee payroll calculations, including tax, pensions, and deductions.
Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Stay updated on payroll legislation and ensure the company adheres to changes.
Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and management.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Maintain and update payroll systems and records.
Support audits and other compliance-related activities.

Profile

A successful Payroll Supervisor should have:

Professional experience in payroll management, ideally within a bureau managing multiple payrolls.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in accounting and payroll software.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Job Offer
