Description

Handle customer enquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Maintain and update customer records in the company database.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide product information and support to clients as required.
Monitor stock levels and communicate with the supply chain team.
Generate reports on customer interactions and service performance.

Profile

A successful Customer Service professional should have:

Experience in a customer service role within the production and manufacturing sector.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Job Offer
