Finance Administrator

Location: West Malling, Kent
Salary: Up to £40,000
Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm
5 Days a week onsite

The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our growing team in West Malling.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced business operating within the Facilities Management sector. As we continue to expand, we're looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of their work, and is keen to develop their career.

Key Responsibilities

Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank accounts and supplier statements
Support month-end processes and financial reporting
Maintain accurate financial records using Xero
Assist with payroll administration where required
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve finance queries
Produce reports and provide general administrative support to the finance team

About You

Previous experience as a Finance Administrator, Accounts Assistant, or similar finance role
Previous experience working within the Facilities Management industry is essential
Strong working knowledge of Xero accounting software
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Confident communicator with a proactive approach
Able to prioritise workloads and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ambitious, dependable, and looking to build a long-term career
