We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join a forward-thinking team in the subsea sector. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems, ensuring operational efficiency and safety in a Cumbernauld-based facility.

Description

Design and develop electrical systems and components to meet project specifications.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into broader projects.
Prepare technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and manuals.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all electrical designs.
Monitor and maintain electrical systems to minimise downtime and improve efficiency.
Provide technical support and expertise to operational teams as required.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in electrical engineering and apply innovative solutions where applicable.

Profile

A degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Proven knowledge of electrical systems, components, and standards within industrial and manufacturing settings.
Proficiency in using relevant design and simulation software tools.
A track record of successfully managing and delivering technical projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
