Compliance Administrator!

Are you looking to get into Compliance? Love Admin, keeping things organised?

Location - Sawbridgeworth ( must be able to drive)

Salary £25-26,000

Office onsite 09:00-17:00

Fixed term contract 9 -12 months.

Free Parking!

You will be joining my clients busy maintenance & surveying department for 9 months/ 1 year, supporting & covering all the administration/ coordinator & more.

Inputting data onto the software.
Instructing contractors to complete repair orders & provide quotations.
Able to handle volume of work.
Liaising with Contractors/ maintenance teams & internal teams.
Handling inbound & outbound calls as well as emails.
Keeping on top of H&S for properties.
Coordinating & overseeing the completion of all requirements, including fire risk assessments, gas safety & emergency lighting/electrical.
Review & recommend inspections and assessments.
