Description

Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Creating compelling job advertisements that effectively communicate organisational values, culture, and unique employment opportunities.
Managing job postings and maintaining timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Identifying and leveraging appropriate recruitment channels to support hiring needs across new and existing locations.
Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, prioritise vacancies, and meet recruitment objectives.
Enhancing the candidate journey from initial engagement through to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience at every stage.
Supporting hiring managers with candidate tracking and recruitment administration through applicant management systems.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, training providers, and employment support organisations to build and sustain talent pipelines.

Profile

A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:

Previous experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably within the business services industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, including sourcing and selection techniques.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Understanding of employment laws and regulations is advantageous.
