Description

Develop detailed electrical designs and specifications for property projects.
Ensure designs comply with current regulations, standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with project teams to provide technical expertise and innovative solutions.
Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments as required.
Produce technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.
Provide technical support during the construction and commissioning phases.
Assist in mentoring and supporting junior engineers within the team.

Profile

A successful Senior Electrical Design Engineer should have:

A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven expertise in electrical system design within the property industry.
Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
Ability to use design software and tools effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience in delivering projects from conception to completion.
