Description

Accurately record financial transactions and maintain up-to-date ledgers.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
Assist with payroll and tax filing requirements.
Assist with producing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Provide assistance during audits and financial reviews.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry is advantageous.

Job Offer

A salary of around £30,000 per anum
Temporary contract offering flexibility and valuable experience.
Will turn in to a permanent opportunity.
Set in a beautiful location in North Wales with hybrid working available.
Full time contract (37.5 hour working week).
Starting ASAP.
