Description

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for technical roles within the financial services industry.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Coordinate and conduct interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies to improve processes.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.

Profile

A successful Tech Recruiter should have:

A proven track record in technical recruitment within human resources.
Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and its talent landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
The ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving hiring goals efficiently.
A solid understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.

Job Offer
