Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
Plymouth, Devon
Full-Time & Part-Time Available

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join a well-established nursing home in Plymouth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking to work within a supportive environment that prioritises high-quality, person-centred care for older adults, including those living with dementia and complex nursing needs.

The Role

Deliver high standards of clinical care and nursing support
Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records
Develop and review individual care plans
Work closely with residents, families and the wider multidisciplinary team
Support and mentor care staff where required
Ensure compliance with NMC guidelines and CQC standards

About You

Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
Passionate about delivering outstanding resident care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nursing home experience is desirable but not essential
Newly qualified nurses are encouraged to apply
