Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

£20.50 - £22.00 per hour | Full-Time & Part-Time Available

We are currently recruiting for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join a well-established nursing home in Cardiff.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking to join a supportive care provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing, residential and dementia care.

The Role

Deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care
Administer medications and manage clinical interventions
Develop, implement and review care plans
Monitor residents' wellbeing and respond appropriately to changing needs
Work collaboratively with colleagues, residents and families
Support and mentor care staff to maintain high standards of care

About You

Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
Passionate about providing exceptional care to older people
Strong clinical and communication skills
Nursing home experience is desirable but not essential
Newly qualified nurses are welcome to apply
