Supporting adults in their own homes, you'll have the time, autonomy, and continuity needed to build meaningful relationships and focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional patient care.

As a Community Nurse, you'll enjoy manageable caseloads, fewer interruptions, and the freedom to make clinical decisions while being backed by a supportive multidisciplinary team. Whether you're currently working as a Staff Nurse, Registered Nurse, or looking to transition into community healthcare, this role offers a more balanced and rewarding way to practise nursing.

Package & Benefits

Base salary up to £39,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Fully expensed company car and fuel card or car allowance of £4,877.50 plus mileage.
33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, with the option to buy additional leave.
NMC fees paid.
Contributory pension scheme.
Mobile phone and tablet provided.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, evidence-based care to adult patients within the community.
Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and contribute to ongoing care planning.
Provide education, reassurance, and support to patients, families, and carers.
Work closely with local NHS services and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.

About You

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
Full UK driving licence and within a 40-minute commute from Leeds.
Experience within adult nursing in a hospital, community, district nursing, or healthcare setting.
