We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Customer Service Administrator to join our clients vibrant team in Cramlington. This is a permanent position where your enthusiasm and commitment will help us deliver the best retail experience to our valued customers!

What You'll Do:

Engage with customers through various channels (phone, email, and social media) to answer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Provide product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
Process orders using bespoke CRM system.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and improve processes.
Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.

What We're Looking For:

A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for thinking on your feet.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic newcomers too!
