General Operative - Redditch

The rewards

Starting pay £12.71 per hour
Pay review after successful 12-week probation

Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am to 1:00pm
Flexibility required including different shifts and weekends when needed
Overtime available

The role of General Operative:

Carrying out loading and filling duties within production
Following detailed written instructions and processes
Carrying out basic calculations as part of daily tasks
Handling materials and products
Supporting general production and warehouse activities
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation and safety
Working as part of a team to meet production targets

The ideal General Operative:

Good English and Maths skills
Ability to follow written instructions and carry out calculations accurately
Physically fit and able to undertake continuous lifting
Strong work ethic and reliability
Flexible approach to working hours and shifts
FLT licence desirable — not essential, training provided after successful probation
