Description

Assist in processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations accurately and in a timely manner.
Support the team in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
Handle queries related to accounts payable and receivable, ensuring swift resolutions.
Prepare and input financial data into the accounting system with precision.
Assist in monthly and quarterly reporting tasks as required by the department.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team as needed.
Contribute to the smooth operation of the accounting processes within the FMCG sector.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

A good understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
