Description

Coordinate with suppliers to manage orders and ensure timely delivery of apparel products.
Monitor and maintain stock levels to meet retail demands efficiently.
Ensure all import documentation complies with relevant regulations and standards.
Work closely with the design and buying teams to align stock availability with seasonal trends.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
Analyse sales data to forecast stock requirements and reduce excess inventory.
Collaborate with internal teams to address supply chain challenges effectively.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of inventory systems.

Profile

A successful Import Merchandiser - Apparel should have:

Previous experience in import or supply chain roles within the retail industry.
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of import regulations and documentation processes.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and data analysis tools.
Ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
