Description

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
Monitor and analyse operational data to support decision-making and recommend solutions.
Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment with operational goals.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility.
Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges.
Develop and maintain documentation for process improvements and operational changes.
Participate in training initiatives to upskill team members and promote best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement culture within the organisation.

Profile

A strong background in engineering or manufacturing processes within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying operational enhancements.
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards in a manufacturing setting.
Technical expertise in analysing data and implementing process improvements.
The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
