Description

In this role, you will bring brands to life within the retail environment and ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.

You will:

Lead the development and execution of innovative trade and shopper marketing strategies
Create impactful campaigns and activations that reflect the luxury positioning of the brand
Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to unlock growth opportunities
Partner cross-functionally with sales, brand and external agencies to ensure flawless execution
Manage budgets effectively, delivering strong ROI
Monitor and optimise performance through key KPIs

Profile

We are seeking a commercially driven, creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will bring:

Experience within beauty/FMCG, ideally with exposure to luxury brands
Strong trade or shopper marketing expertise
A deep understanding of consumer behaviour and retail dynamics
Exceptional project and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for excellence
