Description

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systems as required.
Handle confidential documents and ensure proper filing and data protection standards are met.
Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation.
Respond to internal and external HR-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
Support the preparation of HR reports and presentations for management.
Assist in organising employee training sessions and development programmes.
Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient workplace environment.

Profile

A successful Internal Talent Advisor should have:

Previous experience in administrative roles, ideally within the human resources field.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using HR systems and basic office software, such as MS Office.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
An understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
