Play a Key Role in Supporting a Busy School Environment

A well-organised school in Corby is seeking a School Administrator to join their team from September. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced educational setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the school office, ensuring administrative processes are completed efficiently and providing a professional first point of contact for pupils, staff, parents, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the school
Answer telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries in a professional manner
Welcome visitors and maintain a positive front-of-house experience
Maintain accurate pupil and staff records using school systems
Assist with attendance monitoring and reporting procedures
Support the organisation of meetings, events, and school communications

Ideal Candidate

Previous administration experience, ideally within a school or office environment
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Confident using Microsoft Office and database systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
Professional, approachable, and reliable manner
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
