Sales Administrator | South Derbyshire

The rewards:

£28,000 – £30,000 per annum
6-month fixed-term contract with possibility to extend

Hours:

Monday to Friday, standard office hours

The role of Sales Administrator:

Managing customer enquiries from quotation through to order placement
Developing and maintaining accurate customer and market pricing information
Preparing costings, proposals, and commercial quotations for service work, projects, and overhaul requirements
Co-ordinating the seamless transition of orders and projects to operational teams
Processing customer orders using the company ERP system and monitoring progress through to completion
Acting as a key point of contact for customers and internal departments
Supporting the wider sales function with commercial information including pricing, lead times, and cost analysis
Building strong, long-term customer relationships

The ideal Sales Administrator:

Organised and customer-focused professional
Experience managing orders and customer enquiries end-to-end
Confident using ERP systems
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a busy sales team
