Full time

The role of Forklift Operator:

Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading vehicles
Moving stock throughout the warehouse and production areas
Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations
Carrying out stock rotation and replenishment activities
Assisting with order picking when required
Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and following health and safety procedures
Working within a chilled warehouse environment

The ideal Forklift Operator:

Valid, externally accredited Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (in-house licences not accepted)
Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or chilled warehouse operations desirable
