Description

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyse current processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and present detailed reports and recommendations to support decision-making.
Work closely with the technology department to ensure seamless system integration.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business objectives with technical solutions.
Support project teams in implementing new systems and processes.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Profile

A successful Business Analyst should have:

A strong background in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Experience with business process analysis and improvement.
Proficiency in working with technology-driven projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
