Working closely with an inspiring and supportive Head of HR, you'll have the autonomy to make a genuine impact, shape processes, and put your own stamp on the function. If you're passionate about people, improvement, and continued development, this role will give you the platform to thrive.

What You'll Be Doing
As the Junior HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of HR administration
- Reviewing and improving HR processes and procedures
- Managing and maintaining the HRIS system
- Producing accurate KPI reports and HR metrics
- Supporting low-level employee relations cases, including long-term sickness
- Responding to day-to-day queries from managers and employees
- Reviewing, updating, and rewriting job descriptions and internal documentation
- Acting as a trusted point of contact within a busy, fast-paced environment

This is a hands-on and varied role where no two days will be the same.

We're looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about developing their HR career
- Confident, proactive, and keen to learn
- Able to work with discretion and sensitivity
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards (not essential)
