You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the conveyancing team, helping to ensure smooth and efficient processing of residential property transactions.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing legal documents and correspondence
Managing case files and updating records
Handling client enquiries and providing excellent customer service
Audio typing/dictation and document formatting
Liaising with solicitors, estate agents and third parties
Diary management and arranging appointments

Profile

A successful Legal Secretary - Conveyancing should have:

Previous experience in a similar role within the legal sector, specifically conveyancing.
Strong knowledge of legal documentation and processes related to property transactions.
Proficiency in MS Office and legal case management systems.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing workloads.
