Description

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CSO
Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with efficiency.
Prepare presentations, reports, and visuals using advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Manage budgets, track expenses, and process formal business communications.
Act as a liaison between the CSO and internal/external stakeholders.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Organise and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes.
Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as directed by the CSO.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant to CSO should have:

Significant executive-level support experience, including supporting C-level executives.
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Proven experience in budget tracking and expense processing.
Excellent communication skills for drafting formal business correspondence.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with discretion.
Experience in life science or related industries is advantageous.
