Security Officer - Oxford Area

Hours

42 hours per week, various shift patterns (days and nights)
1-year contract ending May 2027

The role of Security Officer:

Patrolling the site internally and externally
Gatehouse duties
Liaising with customers and visitors
Responding to security incidents, first aid, and fire alarm response
Incident report writing
Access and egress control
Meeting customer standards at all times

The ideal Security Officer:

Must be over 18
Current Door Supervisor or Security Guarding SIA licence (essential)
Full UK manual driving licence and own car required
Must have resided continuously in the UK for at least 5 years (SC/DV Clearance requirement)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong IT skills
Physically able to be on feet and work outside for long periods
