Excel Administrator

Location: Sittingbourne
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Excel Administrator to join their team in Sittingbourne. This position will support business operations by maintaining accurate data, producing reports, and improving administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and internal databases
Analyse data and generate regular reports for internal stakeholders
Use Excel functions including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
Provide administrative and data support to various departments
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements

Key Requirements

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience with data handling, reporting, and analysis
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in an administrative or data-focused role is desirable
