Responsibilities

Handle incoming claim notifications from policyholders and third parties, ensuring all details are captured accurately.
Maintain and update the filing system to ensure easy access to important documents.
Take incoming calls from customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Gather, document and apply procedures relating relevant indemnity & liability information and fraud checks.
Attend team meetings and actively participate in discussions.
Gather information through phone, letter, or email correspondence.
Handle photocopying and scanning of documents.
Deal with inquiries and queries from both internal and external sources.
Collaborate with colleagues within the company to deliver high levels of service.
Ensure consistent compliance with client requirements, internal protocols, service level agreements (SLAs), and best practices.
Manage and respond to correspondence from customers, insurers, brokers, and third parties in a timely manner.

Requirements

A degree or equivalent qualification.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
A positive and proactive attitude.
