Conveyancer/Residential Property Solicitor

Location: Sutton (fully office based)

Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (3-6 months)

Rate: £25-£30 per hour (dependent on experience)

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Conveyancer/Residential Property Solicitor to join a fast-paced environment on a 3-6 month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a dynamic setting and can quickly add value.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality work across core responsibilities within the team
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve project goals and deadlines
Manage workload effectively, ensuring priorities are met in a timely manner
Apply best practices and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team efficiency

Key Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a new environment
High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
Proficiency in relevant tools, systems, or technologies relating to the role

Desirable Skills

Experience working in a contract or interim capacity
Familiarity with fast-paced or project-driven environments

Additional Information

Immediate or short-notice availability preferred
Competitive hourly rate of £25-£30, depending on experience
