The role of Nursery Manager:

Lead, motivate, and support nursery staff to deliver excellent care
Ensure full EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding compliance
Manage nursery budgets, occupancy, and resources effectively
Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community
Support staff development and professional growth
Drive continuous improvement across the nursery setting
Maintain a safe, calm, and well-organised environment for all children

The ideal Nursery Manager:

Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Proactive and commercially minded approach
Passion for early years education and child development

All candidates must have two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check (or be willing to apply for one).
