Full-time, permanent

The role of Nursery Manager:

Support the Centre Director and Operations Leadership Team with day-to-day operation of the nursery
Lead, mentor, and inspire the team
Ensure essential everyday tasks are completed
Deliver outstanding care and education opportunities
Conduct regular appraisals and CPD opportunities for staff
Be the designated safeguarding lead
Attend training sessions and lead all staff meetings
Support with staff recruitment
Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
Have exceptional behaviour management
Display the skills to be an effective role model

The ideal Nursery Manager:

Minimum NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3 qualification
Previous experience working in Early Years as a Manager or Deputy Manager
Excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum
A passion for developing children ready for their school journey
Resilient, strong-willed, and able to inspire others

Experienced Deputy Managers will also be considered for this role.
