Full Time (40 hours per week) & Office based

Job description

Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
Assist with data entry and database management
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
Provide general administrative support to the team

Qualifications:

Strong clerical and organizational skills
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Expected hours: 40 per week
Office based between Castleford (WF10) and Pontefract (WF8)
Temp to Perm contract
Pay: £13.50 to £14.00 per hour
