Full-Time | Permanent Position | £15.70 per Hour

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced distribution operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

Night Shift

10:00pm – 6:30am
5 shifts per week
Working across Monday to Sunday on a rota basis
Saturday nights typically off

The Role;

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, checked, and dispatched accurately and on time. You will also support goods-in operations, stock management, and warehouse organisation while helping to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities;

Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet operational targets.
Preparing orders for dispatch, including pallet wrapping and secure loading.
Loading and unloading deliveries using warehouse equipment, including forklifts where qualified.
Checking incoming goods for quality and accuracy and reporting any discrepancies.
Organising stock effectively and ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed.
Completing warehouse documentation accurately, including stock records and delivery paperwork.
Supporting stock control activities, including stock counts and inventory management.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
Reporting equipment faults, damages, or health and safety concerns promptly.

What We're Looking For;

Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (essential).
Previous warehouse experience within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Strong work ethic with a proactive and positive attitude.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Reliable, flexible, and committed to delivering high standards.
