We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join our client. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in specialist property finance, with clear progression opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and issue loan terms following credit approval
Set up and maintain loan files and records
Liaise with brokers, applicants, surveyors, and solicitors
Instruct and monitor property valuations
Chase outstanding documents and support case progression
Provide administrative support to underwriters and business development managers

About You:

Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proactive and team-oriented approach
Property, lending, or financial services experience is desirable but not essential
