Our client based in Stanstead Abbotts is looking for an administrator to support the day-to-day running of the office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, coordinate workloads, maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

This is a full-time temporary position on a monthly rolling basis to start ASAP. You will be required to work fulltime onsite in the office This role is paying an hourly rate of £12.71, plus holiday pay.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets.
Allocate work to field teams and monitor job progress.
Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls professionally, responding to customer enquiries and coordinating with colleagues.
Prepare reports and update documentation as required.
Support scheduling and workload planning.
Ensure data is entered accurately and kept up to date.
General administrative duties (emails, reports, scheduling)

Essential Skills:

Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to use spreadsheets and VLOOKUPs.
Customer service skills
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Attention to detail
Good administrative skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
