Temporary administrative assistant - £15.38 - £17.94 per hour plus holiday pay

A wonderful opportunity for an experienced administrative assistant to work alongside and support the EA to the CEO, and the Office Manager, at this small and friendly Corporate Head Office. This is a temporary contract to start as soon as possible until the beginning of September 2026. Based in their offices in Piccadilly, Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

Working closely with the EA, your responsibilities are varied and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong administrative skills gained from a corporate office setting. A strong eye for detail, strong formatting skills with extensive Microsoft office experience. Outlook and calendar management, and research skills. An exceptional communicator, a flexible attitude and a willingness to do whatever is needed. The EA has a high-profile, challenging, and diverse role, and you will be assisting her providing high level administrative support. Additional support to the office manager will be needed too at times, this is a small office that pulls together.
