Learning & Development Partner (Remote)

Are you a dynamic, passionate and experienced Learning & Development Partner that is comfortable being an integral part of a remote based, diverse multi-disciplined team? Are confident in your ability to produce high quality, engaging and innovative learning materials by harnessing the use of technology and online learning platforms to provide an exception learning and development experience for all?

We are looking for a Learning and Development Partner to join our team on a remote basis to be instrumental in our L&D strategy by specialising and supporting the development of a learning culture that promotes the ongoing development of employees and collaboration between teams, whilst driving efficiencies and improving service delivery.

Contribute to the design of a high-quality coaching/mentoring programme, along with coordinating the implementation of action learning sets to senior leaders, department heads and champions across the organisation.

Adopt a proactive, encouraging approach for facilitation of learning interventions taking swift, decisive action to remove barriers for engagement and completion. 

Brave

Collaborate and coordinate the development and implementation of the Leadership & Management Development Framework, delivering key performance targets and key corporate objectives such as the implementation of learning and development solutions to support reflective leadership and management practice, objective setting and personal development planning.

Caring

Support the Head of Talent Acquisition and Development with diagnostic needs analysis including leadership and management, service culture, personal development and role specific knowledge skills and behaviours.

Provide inspirational support and guidance to employees and partners throughout their learning journey, helping them to progress, achieve and reach their potential.

Curious 

Coordinate the development, delivery, evaluation and measurement of employee learning and development activities and the implementation of a training matrix.

Contribute to the design and development of various training programmes, schemes of work and sessions plans that are aligned to the organisation’s objectives.

Determined

Construct and maintain all documentation and meet quality and regulatory standards, along with funding compliance where relevant.

Coordinate and support the development and delivery of effective learning & development programmes and organisational development initiatives.

Essential Qualifications
Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent
Postgraduate in Education or equivalent
Level 5 CIPD L& qualification or willingness to acquire one

Skills and experience

Able to demonstrate up to date knowledge of theory and practice in learning and development practices.

Experience of providing interactive and engaging training and development opportunities to adults

Experience of working with people to help to remove barriers and support progression, education or training

Ability to remain calm and polite under pressure, managing themselves appropriately.

Ability to support learners with learning difficulties and or disabilities.

Ability to manage workload, time and resources effectively.

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Knowledge of the Awarding Organisations and Funding Bodies

Understanding of strategies to promote and provide effective differentiated learning solutions for organisational learning.
