The Role:

The Birmingham College of Food, is currently looking for a highly skilled lecturer in Professional Cookery. In this role, you will use your advanced knowledge and our state of the art facilities to inspire the next generation of professional chefs. You will also work with within our team to continuously improve the student experience and advance the culinary provision within the school.

Candidate Requirements:

Essential requirements for this role include:

Experience of teaching or training students or employees within a professional setting
Exceptional cookery skills and knowledge.
An ability to manage and motivate students or employees
