Hours: Full time (40 hours)

Getting ‘Intouch' with who we are

In 2001 we were founded as a manufacturer and operator of leisure machines (fruit machines in pub terms). This proved to be a successful concept, but after seeing the online market grow, we wanted a piece of the action, so in 2007 we stepped away from physical machines and entered the online world, launching our first online casino brand MFortune, and what a success this was to be! Such a success that fast forward to today and we now have 8 unique online casino brands with over 300 games!

Now we aren't just any normal gaming company, oh no! We do EVERYTHING in house at our head office in Halesowen. From the idea / design of the games, right through to creating and testing them. We create games not only for our own brands but also for other companies too. We even have a multichannel contact centre here who are there for our customers 24/7!

We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to take on a highly collaborative role within our internal finance department, working closely with our Cash Manager to assist with the day to day operations within the department.

Here's what you came for - the ROLE

Purchase ledger and invoice posting
Processing supplier payments
Bank reconciliation and cash allocation
Revenue reconciliation
Prepare regular management reports
Prepayment and accruals and other necessary month end journals
Reconciling and ownership of various balance sheet reconciliation
Liaising with all employees for general queries such as testing phone top up, purchase order queries etc.Key Skills / Essential Requirements

Proven experience in Account Payable/Month End/Management Accountants
Proficient in software packages such as Excel and Outlook
Sage experience
A good sense for cash consideration
An excellent verbal and written communicator
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Ability to use initiative and think outside of the box
