Salary: £32,000 to £37,490 per annum dependent on experience and performance, plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm

Location: Veolia, Trentside Offices, Freeth Street, Nottingham NG2 3GT

What will you be doing?

To manage a team of eight including one Senior Administrator, four Administrators and three Weighbridge Administrators, providing business support to the Nottinghamshire Contract, covering administration, contract information and compliance which enhances the operational performance of the Contract
Support the business in order to achieve high standards with regards to the administration function ensuring all applicable contractual and internal requirements are met
Overall responsibility towards the administration management including workload allocation, absence and continuity management to assure the administration functions are meeting the business needs.
Facility management of Trentside Offices
Ensuring the data and the documents produced by the administration team is up to date, traceable and compliant with contractual and legislative obligations and managing all daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting, ensuring it is executed as per the Contract specifications.
Auditing the data quality of the provided reports on a regular basis and taking any appropriate actions to improve the quality and traceability of the reported data
Assist the Contract Performance Manager with administration support related to business meetings, arranging meetings, preparing agendas, minute taking, circulating action points and monitoring completion, facilitating meetings and events, organising any meeting materials, ensuring presentations are up to date and prepared in time.
Ensuring all written correspondence is managed properly, responses to letters and customer complaints are issued within the specified deadlines.

What are we looking for?

Must have demonstrated presentation, facilitation skills and the ability to interact and communicate with senior management, customers and staff at all levels
Must have previous experience of managing and developing a successful team of administration and support staff across multiple locations
Change management skills - introduction of new procedures, best practices, new working arrangements depending on the business needs
A degree in Business, Management or relevant Administration Qualification is highly desirable
