Job Title: IT Support Technician

Location: Birmingham, Halesowen (Onsite)

Salary: up to £26,500 (neg) + comprehensive benefits (including flexible working hours, casual dress policy, free on-site gym, free daily lunch, private pension scheme, and much more!).

Requirements

Key responsibilities...

Responsible for the support and maintenance of the company's IT Infrastructure
IT support to all business users.
Resolve any IT related faults
Setting up User/Email accounts
System diagnostics Windows and Mac
Documentation of current and new solutions
PC/Laptop Deployments using Desktop Central
Desk Moves
Asset tracking and management.Key skills we're looking for...

Excellent IT support experience (1st, 2nd Line)
Windows Desktop and Server operating systems expertise
Excellent Software troubleshooting experience (Adobe, office, etc)
Active Directory and Office 365 skills
Mac OS X experience, iOS/Android
Asset management experience
Able to communicate with third party suppliers
Experience working at ITIL Service desk standardsBenefits
