We’re looking for a Skills Delivery Officer to support performance management and monitoring of skills programme providers, ensuring delivery is in line with funding rules and performance management framework
You’ll be a key contact for training providers who deliver skills bootcamps across the West Midlands, it’s a flexible programme designed to meet the needs of employers and focusses on skills and employment.
You’ll work with and manage several providers to support them in meeting their delivery plans, through proactive contract monitoring, relationship management and ensuring programme compliance. You’ll also support with some reporting needs and escalate any performance concerns to the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer.
With £11.25m worth of funding to spend this year, we want to grow the range of bootcamps offered by training providers. This is a great opportunity, with scope for you to work with providers in shaping ideas, make proposals and see how they have a positive impact on the region.

About you
We’re looking for someone with a background in the skills and employability sector, where you have supported delivery and performance management of projects and programmes.
You’ll be proactive, able to work in a fast-paced environment and looking for a role where you can engage with a variety of training providers and really nurture and manage the relationships.
This is a busy role, and you’ll need to be comfortable managing a caseload of providers and build a good understanding of their needs
