What will you do?
​The Payments and Debt Transformation Programme is a Government Major Project and, as Programme Director, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of four strategically aligned programmes, which look to transform the experience of payment and debt management for our customers and colleagues.
We’re looking for an exceptional leader and role model who can continue to lead this in-flight programme and become part of the wider leadership team in HMRC Transformation Group, driving a positive, professional culture across our project community.
How will you add value to the role?
The successful candidate must have experience of:
* Leading and delivering major programmes at scale (£multi-million)
* Stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Managing investment cases and financial controls
* Leading and developing a strong delivery-focussed programme team
* Working across complex organisations and systems
* Relevant Qualification in Project Delivery is essential e.g., MPLA, APM, MAP

* Base salary of circa £95K dependent upon experience
