We are currently working with an innovative, family-run SME that are actively seeking a Product Advisor to join their existing team selling care equipment into carehomes, hospitals and councils. As a Product Advisor you will provide an on-site service to clients whilst developing and growing sales opportunities in the Essex, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, East London, Norfolk, Kent and East Sussex areas.

This is a reactive role where your appointments will already be booked for you as well as having a proactive approach with upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.

Requirements

* Provide equipment assessments from our client's core range of products and follow up by sending quotations via a CRM system

* Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs

* Manage an existing portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success

* Responsible for contacting prospective customers to organise demonstrations and training sessions in order to increase brand awareness.

* Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks, booking on-site assessment visits

* Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives

* Provide quotations to customers

* Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

* Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

In order to be considered for this role, you must hold the below personal skills/attributes..

* Proven clinical product advisory/similar experience is highly desirable

* Occupational therapy/physioptherapy/sports therapy experience would be beneficial (a graduate in this subject will be considered)

* Strong sales mindset

* Strong customer service skills

* Practically minded - ability to construct equipment on-site

* Familiarity with CRM programs

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong Organisational and analytical skills

* Competent with MS Outlook and packages

* Happy for remote field based working

* Full drivers license

Monday - Friday - flexible (some time at home and time on the road as well as the office - Kent - once a week)
