Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum, OTE £80,100 (Car Allowance, Bonus, Pension, Private Medical)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: London, with flexible working

What will you be doing?

The IS&T Programme Manager will effectively manage the portfolio of programmes and projects for the Commercial, Treatment and Municipal side of Veolia's business. You will focus on governance, input to prioritisation, cross product/area collaboration and resource capacity, whilst managing major business change programmes/projects to optimise, evolve and grow Veolia.

The Programme Manager will be leading and managing projects up to £3m - what an exciting opportunity!

The Programme Manager will lead and manage a team of Technical Project Managers.
Engage with stakeholders to deliver the programme in a timely manner, whilst inspiring others to deliver projects successfully.
Contribute to the business case development, ensuring there is collaboration from product teams and the business.
Control the budget and forecast for the department.
Use knowledge of DevOps and system integration approaches to identify risks and issues early.
Conduct learning and feedback sessions at portfolio, programme and project levels to improve effectiveness of delivery.
Drive the project governance framework and methodology, collaborating with other Programme Managers to continuously improve whilst maintaining a consistent approach across teams.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience of leading large complex IT projects.
Experience implementing business change programmes.
Have an understanding of DevOps and System Integration.
Agile and Waterfall project management experience.
Experience implementing new platforms.
Salesforce experience would be an advantage.
